samsung is probably planning to launch a new series of premium tablets with the branding Galaxy Tab S. Samsung seems to be obsessed with the tablet market as it is not giving up anything on the market and with the new Galaxy Tab S series, it hopes to increase its number of tablet offerings
The rumored Samsung Galaxy Tab S series will initially come in two screen sizes – 8.4inch and 10.5inch. As far as specifications go, Samsung is planning to equip the Galaxy Tab S with its latest Octa-core Exynos 5 (5420) SoC, ARM Mali-T628 GPU and 3GB RAM. The internal storage will be 16GB and as with most Samsung devices, there will be expandable storage via microSD card slot. There will also be an 8MP rear shooter with Full HD 1080p recording and a 2.1MP front facing camera. The device will run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box.
