I’m going to keep this post simple and straight.
I would like you to read this fully because you will understand the true potential and simplicity of my model.
Last month, more than three of our best students from this community had earned more than three hundred and fifty. We’ve done this quite a few times, and I wanted to decode how these numbers actually happen.
1: The significance of L1 membership While many folks outside only talk about having “high ticket sales”, I always emphasize the importance of having a strong and scalable low ticket entry “membership”. The purpose of this level is to get more people into the door and to earn their trust, to provide 100x value and truly recruit them into your mission, and not just sell them a bunch of courses or programs as a commodity.
These students that have crossed 3 Crores in revenues in a single month have worked their way up (at a core DNA level) to bring in more than 300 to 700 L1 customers in a single month. And many of them have automated this process — automated L1 sales webinars that run daily or weekly.
While all the Rs.99 webinars used to do well before, now I’m seeing a clear decline in the show-up rate, rising ad costs, and a drastic increase in the cost per acquisition of these paid entry models. This includes paid workshops and webinars.
All of these top students of mine are following the free webinar model. We don’t look at a lead as a number on a spreadsheet. We treat them as a real person and we nurture them and inspire them to keep coming back into our free webinars every month. Every communication with these leads is filled with a lot of passion, vision, and heart. This builds a deeper connection with our audience and there is a compounding effect over time that helps us get that volume on the front end of the funnel.
Many of the coaches who have made this money, actually lose money on the front end of the funnel. For example, if a coach is spending Rs.30–40 Lacs a month on ads, they may get 400–500 L1 customers who pay Rs.5999. That’s is Rs.24 Lacs in revenue for a 40L ad spend. 0.6 ROAS (return on ad spends)
2 — The power of a scalable L3
While many of the typical “high ticket” folks sell only done-for-you services or 121 coaching or consulting, there is a different game that the top students in ILH are playing right now.
We don’t sell those kind of products.
Why?
Because it limits our time.
The only way to scale a typical consulting model is to build more teams to close more “deals” on a 121 basis, which kind of gets everyone’s calendars full and also leads them into a burnout zone (no freedom).
Which is why I have been breaking my head in to find out “what could be that scalable high ticket product which will not involve my personal 121 time, yet deliver that 100x value, impact,and results for my students”
I also discovered the solution. It’s about having a Level 3 Certification membership priced between Rs.50,000 to Rs.300,000.
Now you must be thinking, what certification is this?
This is where the game gets interesting.
Those coaches in the market who are selling their information as a commodity will never get this!
Why?
Because the top coaches in our ecosystem sell the vision and mission to fulfill a higher cause — where the certification level is to help that student make progress with a higher degree of accountability, support, and gamification.
This is where teams come in, having a personalized control center like LevelUp. Also, facilitator-led weekend implementation sessions come in. Not only does this system free up time for the community’s founder, but it also gives leaders the ability to contribute, help others, and support the mission. There’s a sense of purity in the entire process. The true essence of community, that’s based on strong values.
All those hype-based high-ticket closers and marketers will never be able to build such an ecosystem, because the market is smart enough to see through their intentions. They may get sales and attract learners, but many will not stick around for the long term. They need to keep running the hamster wheel.

Why?
because they are not just interested in learning! They are coming back to improve as a person to carry forward a mission and vision that they align with, at a core level. They understand that this is not a “transactional” game.
Now back to the mathematics…
If you can afford to lose money on the front end and attract over 500 L1 in a month… all you need is a 20% conversion of that 500 = 100 L3 Sales x Rs.200,000, to hit 2 Crores in a month.
