According to the website, the Elite x3 will be launched in the month of September, although an exact date wasn’t specified. As for price, the phone will carry a price tag of €699, which translates into around $770 at current exchange rates.

HP is yet to officially announce the pricing and availability details for the handset, so, needless to say, take all this with a pinch of salt.
