The driver of this car was caught using a mobile phone with children in the vehicle in Stroud
A driver who was stopped for using their phone with children in their car was also found to have no insurance.
They were stopped by British Transport Police in Stroud, who told their twitter followers about the incident and posted a picture.
Officers said: “Driver stopped in #stroud for using mobile phone with kids in car.
“Turned out no insurance! #fatal4 not just railway offences for us.”
The ‘fatal four’ motoring offences are speeding, not having a seatbelt on, driving while over the limit and driving while using a mobile phone.
BTP officers have been on patrol in Gloucester during the Easter school holidays after a spate of incidents on the railway line.
