The IEEE Computer Society hosts more than 215 technical conferences each year spanning multiple disciplines for computing professionals to learn, share, and build relationships. This year we see many more conference organizers planning to return to in-person, while many more are adopting a hybrid approach to best serve the international computing community.

After evaluating the current COVID-19 situation in New Zealand and the uncertainty around International travel, the decision has been made to transform the in-person component of IEEE VR 2022 into an all-digital conference experience and will now be an online event.

International Parallel and Distributed Processing Symposium (IPDPS 2022)
PDPS is an international forum for engineers and scientists from around the world to present their latest research findings in all aspects of parallel computation. IEEE World Congress on Services (SERVICES 2022)
The 2022 IEEE World Congress on Services will return to a face-to-face event this year. SERVICES 2022 is solely sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society under the auspice of the Technical Community on Services Computing (TCSVC). This conference covers all aspects of services computing and applications, current or emerging. Centered around services computing, it will cover various systems and networking research pertaining to cloud, edge, and Internet-of-Things (IoT). Additionally, technologies for intelligent computing, learning, Big Data, and blockchain applications, addressing critical issues such as knowledge network, high performance, security, privacy, dependability, trustworthiness, and cost-effectiveness.
The 2022 Congress welcomes papers on the aftermath and the impact of COVID-19 on services and the world infrastructure. IEEE 23rd International Conference on Information Reuse and Integration for Data Science (IRI 2022)
Data science has become the new frontier for self-driving cars and AI. Such intelligent applications derive from Information Reuse and Integration (IRI). IRI seeks to maximize the utility of information by creating simple, rich, and cost-effective knowledge representations and ontologies. IRI consequently explores strategies for integrating this knowledge into systems and applications.
This conference explores three major tracks: information reuse, information integration, and reusable systems. Information reuse explores the theory and practice of optimizing representations; information integration focuses on innovative strategies and algorithms for unifying diverse information in novel domains, and reusable systems focus on developing and deploying models and corresponding processes that enable Information Reuse and Integration to play a pivotal role in enhancing decision-making processes in various application domains.
IRI 2022 serves as a forum for researchers and practitioners from academia, industry, and government to present, discuss, and exchange ideas that address real-world problems with real-world solutions. Theoretical and applied papers are both included. The conference program will include special sessions, open forum workshops, panels, and keynote speeches.

This leading conference for augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR), and virtual reality (VR) attracts leading researchers from around the globe from academia and industry. ISMAR 2022 explores the advances in commercial and research activities related to AR, MR, and VR by continuing the expansion of its scope over the past several years. SecDev is a venue for presenting ideas, research, and experience about how to develop secure systems. It focuses on theory, techniques, and tools to “build security in” to existing and new computing systems, and does not focus on simply discovering the absence of security.
The goal of SecDev is to encourage and disseminate ideas for secure system development among academia, industry, and government. It aims to bridge the gap between constructive security research and practice and to enable the real-world impact of security research in the long run. Research in multimedia computing is generally concerned with the presentation, integration, and computation of one or more media, such as text, image, graphics, audio, video, social data, and data collected from various sensors using computing techniques.
ISM 2022 is the flagship conference of IEEE Technical Community on Multimedia (TCMC) and an international forum for researchers to exchange information regarding advances in the state of the art and practice of multimedia computing, as well as to identify the emerging research topics and define the future of multimedia computing.
The technical program of ISM 2022 will consist of invited talks, paper presentations, and panel discussions. Submissions are solicited for full papers, short papers, and workshop papers.

Over the last eight years, this conference has established itself as a top-tier research conference impacting science, engineering, medicine, healthcare, finance, business, and even society.
